Instead, expand your raw fish repertoire to include specialty rolls slathered in south of the border bombast. Rolls adhere to the picante principle, punctuated with all manner of salacious sauces (traditional soy sauce is on hand but superfluous). If you ask nicely, you can get six rolls for sixty bucks. Tell that to the $200 Omakase snobs. Es tradicional? Eh, no. Interesante? Delicioso? ¡Si, mi amigo! ”

One standout is their Pelican Bay Roll (which is not in the menu) where fresh sushi-grade is paired with avocado and cucumber and a tangy citrus salsa. The flavors pop, blending the freshness of sushi with the zesty kick of Latin ingredients. For sushi purists, the mission roll is a solid choice, offering a mix of fresh, quality fish and inventive sauces. My least favorite was the crispy roll, it was way too heavy on the rice and way too hard, it was more than just a crunchy roll, it was a struggle! The Service The service at Agua Chili's is attentive and friendly. The staff Nick made a great recommendation (Pelican Bay) he is above and beyond friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu and happy to offer suggestions based on your preferences. There's a casual, approachable vibe to the service, which adds to the overall enjoyment of the experience. They also offer a super valid happy hour on their beers during game nights!!! “ Saw they were advertising a fugeo platter to go, it includes 6 rolls of your choice, some restrictions apply. But so worth the price. They make the platter look so good and appealing. Even add flowers for decor. This would make a great platter to take as an appetizer for a pot luck. They were fast and friendly. They place looked pretty slow when I went to pick it up. They gave me so many extra sauces, chop sticks, ginger and soy sauce. So delicious, soft and fresh. Definitely getting this platter again, hopefully it sticks around! ”
